TissApp works locally within the certain radius around the user. To post a query or question you need to enter the text of your query(question), indicate who you address it to (the key skills and interests – tags), your location and radius (both will be selected by default, however both can be changed) and finally your card, which you can also change or even post without one.
The search works also locally, within the radius of a user. You just need to enter any skills or interests(key words) for search, your location and radius will be selected by default, but both can be changed as well. For example, if you are planning to go to another city, you can do search for local specialists you might need or even ask(post) your questions and get useful answers and advice from locals before going there.
If you have any skills and interests that you might want to improve and/or promote, then you can create your own professional or interest card and offer your expertise and services to those who need them.
